Prof. Dr. Anand Nayyar, Professor, Scientist, Vice-Chairman (Research) and Director of the IoT and Intelligent Systems Lab at the School of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, Duy Tan University, Vietnam, received his Ph.D. (Computer Science) from Desh Bhagat University in 2017 in the area of Wireless Sensor Networks, Swarm Intelligence and Network Simulation. He is a Certified Professional with 280+ Professional certifications from CISCO, Microsoft, Amazon, Google and many more. Dr. Khan completed Postdoctoral Fellowship from Tsinghua University (World 16th Ranked University). He has published nearly 200 research articles related to digital technologies, sustainable development, sustainable supply chain management, and technology-enabled Circular Economy approaches in different international well-known indexed journals. In addition, Dr. Khan received highly cited researcher awards consecutively from last three years.

Assoc. Prof. T. Velmurugan, University of Madras, India
Dr. T. Velmurugan is working as an Associate Professor in the PG and Research Department of Computer Science and Applications, Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College, Chennai-600106, India. He elected as a Member- Syndicate, University of Madras. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras. He has 30 years of teaching experience. He guided more than 300 M.Phil., Research Scholars. Also, he guided 24 Ph.D. scholars and currently guiding 6 Ph.D. scholars. He has published more than 200 articles in SCOPUS and SCI indexed journals. He elected and served as a Senate Member from Academic Council, University of Madras. He has a lot of administrative experiences. He served as advisory board member to many academic institutions in and around Tamil Nadu, India. He was an invited speaker and keynote speaker for many international conferences around the world. He served as a nominated Senate Member in the Middle East University, Dubai, UAE for a period of three years. He is a member in Board of studies for many autonomous institutions and Universities. Also, he organized international Conferences and workshops. In addition, he was a resource person for various national workshops entitled "Scientific Research Article Writing and Journal Publications" and many of the recent topics in Computer Science. He is an Editorial Board Member of 10 International Journals. Zhang is currently the editorial board member of the Chinese core
journal "Insulation Materials" of Peking University and "Electrical
Technology". He was awarded by IEEE Power & Energy Society China
Technical Council as the “Power System Instrumentation & Measurement
Satellite Committee- China” and “Innovative Sensing domestic and
foreign and Monitoring Techniques Subcommittee” director. He also serves
as the director of the IEEE New Sensing and Monitoring Technology
Sub-Committee, and has won the Youth Medal of State Grid Chongqing
Electric Power Company, the Outstanding Communist Party Member of State
Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company, and the Youth Supporting Science
and Technology of State Grid Company 2022 (a total of 50 people
nationwide were selected as Chongqing Young Outstanding Talents in
2021).

Prof. Jinshan Zeng, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China
He has principal investigator (PI) status for three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), including two General Programs, and the Distinguished Young Scholars Fund of the Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation. He has authored over 90 high-quality papers in mainstream journals and conferences within the artificial intelligence field. These include 27 IEEE Transactions papers and 35 papers classified as Type A (top-tier) journals or conferences by the China Computer Federation (CCF) or the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI). His accolades include the 2025 Frontiers of Science Award from the International Congress of Basic Science, the 2018 and 2020 Best Paper Awards from the International Consortium of Chinese Mathematicians, and Best Paper Awards at the 2023 and 2024 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Human-Computer Interaction, and Robotics. He was consecutively ranked among the top ten in the "China Mathematics Field Hot Paper List" (Ranked 5th in 2022, 4th in 2023). One of his papers has garnered over 1600 citations (Google Scholar). He holds 25 authorized invention patents and 9 approved software copyrights. He has been invited to deliver 60-minute plenary or keynote lectures at numerous top-tier international conferences, including the International Congress of Chinese Mathematicians and the International Congress of Basic Science. He has also served as Vice Chair or Forum Chair for high-level international academic conferences on over ten occasions.
He has been awarded a Cultivation Project for the Jiangxi Provincial Youth Teaching Achievement Award (Principal Completer) and a Special Project from the National Language Promotion Base (Chief Expert). He has guided students to win over 30 national disciplinary competition awards, including the Grand Prize in the "Challenge Cup" competition. His research outcomes have been extensively reported by major media outlets such as People's Daily, China Youth Daily, and the "Xuexi Qiangguo" platform.
